The nursing profession has varying options related to academic degrees and career success. These options often create confusion when determining the best degree path to meet individual professional goals. This presentation will provide information to reduce confusion and inform options for selecting the best degree for individualized career growth. Data related to the current state of nursing education will be discussed and questions such as practice variances and degree expectation differences will be explored. This education offering will be focused on varying degrees, post-degree practice choices, graduation expectations and much more. The majority of the presentation will be spent concentrating on graduate and doctoral degrees.
