Description: MedAllies is the HISP (health information service provider) for THINC RHIO (Taconic Health Information Network & Community Regional Health Information Organization) in the Hudson Valley of New York. THINC RHIO came to national attention as one of the first successful models of HIE (health information exchange), including the unusual quality of financial solvency with full stakeholder support. John Blair MD, CEO of MedAllies, currently co-chairs the CCHIT (Certification Commission for Health Information Technology) Network Workgroup.   • The Clinical Analyst functions as a knowledgeable practitioner, consultant, educator and evaluator to maintain and improve system services.
  • The ideal candidate will have current CA RN licensure, BLS, a minimum 2 years of clinical experience and excellent communication, organizational and computer skills.
  • LVN considered if complemented with strong technical skills.
  • Clinical Informatics experience preferred.

Nemours is seeking an experienced individual to join their growing team as a Clinical Informatics Supervisor. Position can be located in either Jacksonville or Orlando.

  • Responsibilities: " Responsible for the direct supervision of the day-to-day activities of an assigned group of technical, optimization and training teams in our three Florida locations located in Jacksonville, Orlando and Pensacola " Lead informatics analysts in advanced systems analysis, reporting and documentation in support of the enterprise-wide electronic medical record (EMR) " Lead training specialists in assessment of educational needs and development of curriculum for EMR end-user health care providers " Directly responsible for interviewing, hiring, orienting, completing performance evaluations, administering disciplinary action and providing advancement opportunities for front-line staff " Coordinate with management team to develop goals, standards and project plans, as well as participate in budgeting and resource planning
  • Requirements: " Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and some clinical background " Minimum three years' supervisory experience, particularly managing staff at remote locations, required " Must have information systems or clinical information systems experience " Epic experience and certification a huge plus! " Must possess some background in training end users in an electronic environment
